We are a family run company of builders based in Morecambe, Lancashire who have been trading since 2000.

We cover Morecambe, Heysham, Lancaster and all surrounding areas.

Prepare your flat roof for winter

We are accredited, approved installers of the excellent Cromar GRP roofing solution
GRP stands for Glass Reinforced Polyester.
GRP is also known as Glass-Fibre. This system is cold applied on site, giving it a seamless and flexible weatherproof finish that resists water, heat and frost. The resulting surface gives a strong architectural finish that looks very impressive. If maintained properly it will last as long as the building stands.

Brief work history

These are some of the jobs we've undertaken. As you can see we have done some pretty big projects and won some important contracts over the years, but we're equally as happy fitting your guttering or replacing a door and any project big or small is approached with the same level of commitment and professionalism. [Line] We carry a full portfolio from start to finish of each job so that customers can see first hand what is involved within the build and what to expect the portfolio is photgraphs of before during and completion. Removal of apx 100 tonnes of earth and bed rock, fill in concrete stairwell, building of a new design retaining wall, hardcore down with indian stones over, build garden retaining wall and pebble dash with indian copings, knockthrough for bi-fold doors and install them, erect new galvanised steel staircase and gate. 7 weeks to complete split over two stages.
Work carried out for a Morecambe property and MyBuilder customer who we have carried out work for in the past. Brief Job description: remove existing roof and install new roof and dormers to front and rear, created bathroom and bedroom to loft space, rewire, new windows and full skim out with new kitchen to lower floor level. New skirting, Archetrives and doors throughout.
Work carried out for MyBuilder Customer also aranged for various trades to assist with the property on behalf of the customer. Roof was quite complexed and took just over a week to complete.
We have helped build 40 new Passive houses along with a Community building at Forge Bank Halton for Whittle construction, we carried out mainly floors, 1st Fix and timber framing for the contract working for Impact Joinery. Project duration Feb 2012 - Dec 2012
Extension for a MyBuilder Customer from start to finish creating a new liveable area for the family to enjoy. The end result of the build was stunning and really created a fantastic new living area providing lots of natural light.
This included keeping many of the original features and bringing in modern and contempary living areas within the dwelling. The property originally started out as a 4 bedroom detatched house with 1 bathroon on the upper level. We removed the roof and placed RSJ's and replaced new roof with flat dormer with a balcony to the outside of the bedroom, installed 2 new bathrooms and a sauna, fit ensuite to master bedroom, fit new kitchen and extensions to front and side of property.
